Through the study of the process of the Xuan Truong District Party Committee leading the implementation of religious policies towards Catholicism from 1997 to 2010, the author has drawn comments on the advantages and limitations in the process of leading the implementation of religious policies of the District Party Committee and raised historical experiences so that the implementation of the district's religious policies can achieve more positive results.
