- Regarding the content: The thesis presents the impacts of historical circumstances on the process of preserving and promoting the culture of ethnic minorities; the policies of the Party and the State on the work of preserving and promoting the culture of ethnic minorities; the process of implementing the policies of the Thai Nguyen Party Committee on the work of preserving and promoting the culture of ethnic minorities; the coordination of departments, branches, unions, and grassroots levels in implementing the policies of the Party and the State, of the Party Committee and local authorities. From there, some experiences on the work of preserving and promoting the culture of ethnic minorities in Thai Nguyen province are drawn to contribute to serving this task in Thai Nguyen at present.
