11. Summary of thesis results:

The thesis conducts a comprehensive and systematic survey and research of the historical issues of Nguyen Huy Tuong in drama, the works that are like milestones of the beginning and end of his literary career. We try to approach from the perspective of the drama genre to have an objective and scientific view of the historical issues mentioned in each work and the overall historical inspiration. From there, we can partly see the author's contributions and affirm his position in the development process of the drama genre in particular and modern Vietnamese literature in general.

Within the limits of my knowledge, this thesis attempts to clarify some issues:

+ Firstly, the thesis clarifies the relationship between history and literary works, especially drama. At the same time, it helps to understand more about the literary career, especially historical drama of Nguyen Huy Tuong - a quite successful author in the development process of Vietnamese literature.

+ Second: clearly analyze the basic contradictions expressed in Nguyen Huy Tuong's dramatic works.

+ Third: Clarify the world of characters in Nguyen Huy Tuong's historical plays, from history into literary creation.

11. Practical applicability: The thesis is a reference topic for students majoring in Literature.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

This thesis intensively and systematically conducts a survey, a research on Nguyen HuyTuong historical issues in his plays, which play roles as the starting point and ending point in his writing career. We tried to start from drama categories to aproach and have an objective and scientific perspective on mentioning historical events in each play and overarching historical inspiration. From that, we somehow understand the contribution of the author and his position in the evolution of Vietnamese theater in particular and Vietnamese contemporary literature in general.

Within our knowledge limitation, this thesis tries to clarify a number of issues as below:

+ Firstly: This thesis clarifies the relationship between history and his literature works, especially in theater. Simutaneously, somewhat gives the better understanding about Nguyen HuyTuong writing career, especially in historical plays – a successful author in Vietnamese literature evolution.

+ Secondly: clearly analyze the fundamental contradictions reflected in Nguyen HuyTuong theatrical compositions.

+ Thirdly: Clarifies the characters world in Nguyen HuyTuong historical plays, from history to literary art.
