- The lyrical self holds a particularly important position, role, and significance in poetry. The lyrical self is not only the poet's own self but also an objectified self, elevated through art. The lyrical self is the center of creation and organization of lyrical texts. This thesis studies the lyrical self in the poetry of two authors, Nguyen Bao Chan and Nguyen Phan Que Mai, by exploring the aesthetic nuances and expressive methods of the lyrical self.
- Nguyen Bao Chan and Nguyen Phan Que Mai are two of the young poets who have made and continue to make positive contributions to the overall landscape of young poetry. They have achieved some success on their poetic journey and are gradually shaping their own poetic styles.
- This thesis contributes to clearly identifying the poetry and poetic style of two young authors, while also helping readers to get closer to the works of these two young female poets. The results of the thesis will suggest a research approach to the lyrical self in the poetry of other authors.
