10. Summary of the thesis results:

First, we conducted a survey and came to a general understanding of geological data, including: the formation of geological data, types of geological data, characteristics of geological data, and the significance of geological data.

Secondly, a general overview of the Geological Information and Archive Center (history of its formation, functions, tasks, and powers) and the situation of document collection at the Geological Information and Archive Center (state and industry regulations on geological document collection, types of documents collected at the Geological Information and Archive Center, current state of document collection at the Geological Information and Archive Center).

Thirdly, based on the survey results regarding the document collection situation, we proceeded to develop a document collection process for the Geological Information and Archives Center and analyzed the conditions and basis to ensure that the above collection process can be applied in the Center's actual collection work.

11. Practical applications: Based on the research results in our thesis, it is possible to study and implement the findings in the data collection work of the Geological Information and Archives Center.

Firstly, we have conducted a survey and generalized overview on geologic document, such as the formation of geologic document, types of geologic document, characteristics of geologic document and significance of geologic document.

Secondly, We have generalized an overview on the Center for Information and Archives of Geology (history on formation, functions, tasks and privileges of the Center) and status of document collection into the Center for Information and Archives of Geology (the regulations of the State and of the Sector on the collection of geologic documents, the types of documents collected at the Center for Information and Archives of Geology, the status of data collection of Center for Information and Archives of Geology).

Thirdly, from survey results on data collection status, we have conducted to build a data collection process for Center for Information and Archives of Geology and analyze conditions and basis to ensure it can be applied into practical collection of the Center.
