Second, the thesis describes and analyzes the current status of electronic medical record management in public hospitals.

Third, based on the analysis of the limitations and causes of the current management of electronic medical records in hospitals, solutions have been proposed to organize the storage and effective management of electronic medical records in central public hospitals (special grade I) in Hanoi.
