          Firstly, the thesis has described and analyzed the characteristics and significance of electronic medical records in central public hospitals (special grade I) in Hanoi.

Second, the thesis described and analyzed the current status of electronic medical records management at public hospitals.

Third, based on the analysis of the limitations and causes of the current management of electronic medical records in hospitals, solutions have been proposed to organize, store and effectively manage electronic medical records in central public hospitals (special grade I) in Hanoi.

12. Practical application:

Electronic medical records are being produced in large numbers in hospitals. The initial research results of this project will help hospitals to refer to organize the storage and management of electronic medical records.
