11. Summary of the thesis results:
Firstly, the thesis has described and analyzed the characteristics and significance of electronic medical records in central-level public hospitals (special category I) in Hanoi.
Secondly, the thesis described and analyzed the current state of electronic medical record management in public hospitals.
Thirdly, based on the analysis of the limitations and causes of the current electronic medical record management in hospitals, solutions were proposed for the effective organization, storage, and management of electronic medical records in central-level public hospitals (special Grade I) in Hanoi.
12. Practical applications:
Electronic medical records are being produced in large numbers in hospitals. The initial research findings of this project will provide hospitals with a reference for organizing, storing, and managing electronic medical records.
