The thesis studied the current situation of the existing difficulties with which the students have to cope during their study process, and the students' ability to cope with such difficulties, and the factors that affect such ability.
Based on that, the thesis gave a number of recommendations on helping the students enhance their own ability to cope with difficulties during their own study.

The thesis with its own great results will be the useful reference for the teachers of Que Vo No. 3 (Bac Ninh Province) High School to facilitate them in seizing the difficulties and the students' ability to cope with the difficulties during study. Thanks to such understanding, the teachers can apply the more practical and effective methods of teaching and supporting their students.
