During the implementation period, our thesis achieved the following results:

First, an overview of the functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure and archives of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

Second, survey, list and analyze the value of groups of professional and technical documents formed in the activities of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

Third, build a table of document retention periods of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

12. Practical application:

The results of the thesis are the basis for establishing records, cataloging records and determining the value of documents formed in the activities of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. Thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness of the archival work of the Ministry and the quality of documents collected in the National Archives Center III.
