During the course of our research, we achieved the following results:

First, an overview of the functions, duties, powers, organizational structure, and archival documents of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.

Secondly, to survey, list, and analyze the value of professional and technical document groups generated in the activities of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.

Thirdly, establish a document retention schedule for the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.

The findings of this thesis serve as a basis for compiling records, cataloging documents, and determining the value of documents generated during the activities of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs. This will contribute to improving the efficiency of the Ministry's archiving work and the quality of documents collected at the National Archives Center III.

During implementation, our thesis has achieved the following results:

First, overviewing the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure, the archives of the Ministry of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs.

Second, surveying, listing and analyzing value of groups of specialized in document formed in the activities of the Ministry of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs.

Third, build the table of preservation period for the document of the Ministry of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs.

12. Practical applicability:

The results of the thesis are the basis to conduct documentation, the catalog records and confirm valuation of materials formed in the activities of the Ministry of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs. Thereby contributes to improve the efficiency for the work of the ministry archives and the collecting resources in the National Archives Center III.
