During the course of our research, we achieved the following results:
The firstSurvey and evaluate the archived documents at the General Department of Land Management – Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the way they are organized;
MondayThis document summarizes the results of exploiting and utilizing land archives to serve land management work at the General Department of Land Management - Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment - Results, limitations, and causes;
Tuesday, proposing solutions to contribute to promoting the organization, exploitation, and use of archival documents for land management purposes.

The results of this thesis will serve as a reference for introducing the characteristics of land-related archival documents and the organization of archiving at the General Department of Land Management - Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, summarizing the situation of exploiting and using land-related archival documents to serve land management work at the General Department of Land Management, and proposing solutions to improve the efficiency of organizing the exploitation and use of archival documents to serve land management work at the General Department of Land Management - Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment..
