10. Summary of thesis results:

Based on theoretical and practical research on stress of private kindergarten teachers, it shows that many teachers of preschool education are stressed at work, most of them are at an average level of stress. The main causes of stress of teachers of preschool education are pressure from parents and the job requires focusing on observing and monitoring many children at the same time because young children are prone to harmful behaviors towards children and their friends. From the current situation and causes of stress in the work of teachers of preschool education, some measures are proposed to reduce the negative effects of stress at work on teachers of preschool education.

11. Practical application:

The research results of the thesis are a useful reference for preschool teachers and managers, to have measures to limit the negative effects of stress at work, improve the quality of child care and education, and at the same time improve the quality of life of private preschool teachers.

12. Further research directions:

If we have the conditions and time, we will research the topic more deeply by comparing the stress of private and public teachers, and conduct experiments on measures to limit the negative effects of work stress on teachers.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

Based on theoretical and practical studies on stress in private kindergarten teachers, the research reveals that many private kindergarten teachers are put under stress at work, and the majority of their work stress lies at medium level. The main cause of stress is closely related to parental pressure of kindergarteners and the frequent work requirement of using attentive focus on many children at the same time. From the current situation and causes of stress, the research also suggests several ways to reduce negative impacts of stress in work-related stress of kindergarten teachers.

11. Practical applicability:

The research results are a useful reference for kindergarten teachers and education managers to take measures to eliminate the negative effects of work stress, improve the quality of childcare and education and life quality of private preschool teachers.

If we have more conditions and time, we will study the subject more deeply in terms of the comparison of workplace stress in private and public kindergarten teachers and conduct an action research to limit the negative effects of work stress for kindergarten teachers.
