Based on theoretical and practical research on stress among teachers in private preschools, it has been found that many private preschool teachers are experiencing work-related stress, with the majority experiencing moderate stress levels. The main causes of stress for private preschool teachers are pressure from parents and the need to concentrate on observing and monitoring many children simultaneously, as young children are prone to harmful behaviors towards themselves and their peers.
