Based on theoretical research and the current status of learning skills under the credit system of ethnic minority students at the University of Education - Thai Nguyen University, the topic studies the manifestations of learning skills expressed in the component skills: planning for learning, registering for courses, teamwork, listening to lectures, self-study, the impact of subjective and objective factors on learning skills of ethnic minority students. In which, the factors of needs, language, motivation and active learning are the factors that have the strongest impact on cognition, application of knowledge into actions, and the results of actions of the component skills of learning skills. The topic proposes a number of educational psychology measures to improve learning skills under the credit system of ethnic minority students at the University of Education - Thai Nguyen University.
11. Practical application:
The research results of the thesis are a useful reference for training institutions in general and lecturers in particular to provide appropriate solutions to help form and develop learning skills of ethnic minority students, improve training quality and learning outcomes of ethnic minority students.
12. Further research directions:
If we have the conditions and time, we will study the topic more deeply on the impact of cultural characteristics, traditions, and communication language on the learning process of ethnic minority students in the credit-based training method at current universities.

10. Summary of these results:
On the basis of theoretical research and the actual academic skills under the credit system of ethnic minority students at Thai Nguyen University of Education, this research works on the expressive aspects of learning appear in the component skills: academic planning, course, registration teamwork, lecture listening, self-study, the impact of the subjective and objective elements on ethnic minority students' academic skill. In particular, such factors of demand, languages, purposes and positive learning characteristics most strongly influence perception, knowledge application in actions, actions' results of component skills in academic ones. At the same time, the theme also gives some psychological education measures to enhance academic skills under the credit system of ethnic minority students at Thai Nguyen University of Education.

Research results of the thesis is a useful reference for the training facilities in general and faculty in particular to devise suitable solutions to form and develop the academic skills of ethnic minority students, enhance their training quality and the learning outcomes.

If there are terms and conditions of time, we will research the thesis more deeply with the effects of cultural characteristics, private tradition, and communication language to the learning process of ethnic minority students under the credit training system at current universities.
