10. Summary of the thesis results:

Based on theoretical research and the current situation of students' academic achievement needs in Hanoi, this study investigates the various manifestations of academic achievement needs, and the impact of subjective and objective factors on these needs. Among these, personal characteristics; beliefs and success/progress in studies and careers; and personal willpower are the factors that most strongly influence students' perceptions, attitudes, and actions regarding academic achievement needs. Simultaneously, the study proposes measures to develop and promote the improvement of academic achievement needs among students in Hanoi.

11. Practical applications:

The research findings of this thesis serve as a useful reference for educational institutions in general and lecturers in particular, enabling them to develop appropriate solutions to improve the quality of training and student learning outcomes.

12. Future research directions:

If conditions and time permit, we will further research the topic in depth, considering the impact of factors and living environments, as well as ethnic groups in different regions.

10. Summary of the thesis's findings:

On the basis of theoretical research and the actual academic success needs of students in Hanoi city, this research works on the expression aspects of academic success needs in learning, on the expression aspects, the impact of the subjective and objective elements on learning achievements needs of students. In particular, individual personality; confidence and success, progress in learning, career and self's efforts in learning are the most powerful impact factors on students' awareness, attitude, action plan of academic achievement needs. At the same time, this thesis also gives the measures forming, pushing to improve learning quality of academic achievement needs of students in Hanoi city.

Research results of the thesis is a useful reference for the training facilities in general and faculty in particular to devise suitable solutions to enhance the training quality and the learning outcomes of students.

If there are terms and conditions of time, we will research the thesis more deeply with the impact of factors and the living area, people in different regions.
