10. Summary of thesis results: The thesis author surveyed and researched journalistic works about good people and good deeds in Ca Mau's press (Ca Mau Newspaper and Ca Mau Radio and Television Station) in 2019, with the following results:
In terms of content, the Ca Mau newspaper and Ca Mau Radio and Television Station have disseminated diverse information on all aspects of social life. However, some articles highlighting good deeds and exemplary individuals have not been truly representative or convincing to readers. Many articles have failed to select typical details to portray the image of good people and good deeds.
In terms of format, the Ca Mau Newspaper and Ca Mau Radio and Television Station have used journalistic genres such as feature stories, reflections, biographical sketches, interviews, and news to promote good deeds and exemplary individuals. Generally, journalists have effectively utilized the characteristics of each genre, exploiting its strengths when writing about people's lives, contributing to improved quality of their work. However, the Ca Mau Newspaper and Ca Mau Radio and Television Station still have limitations in their presentation style.
Based on the research findings, the author has proposed several solutions and recommendations to improve the quality and effectiveness of promoting good deeds and exemplary individuals.
For journalists, it is necessary to enhance their knowledge, experience, and life skills; and to continuously improve their professional expertise to support the creation of journalistic works. For media organizations, it is necessary to research and innovate the content and format of newspapers in general, and journalistic works about good people and good deeds in particular, to increase their attractiveness and improve the quality of journalistic works promoting good people and good deeds. Regarding policies and regulations, newsrooms need to create favorable material and spiritual conditions for reporters to successfully complete their tasks; and pay attention to training and developing the professional skills of reporters, editors, and other departments within the newsroom.
The Journalists' Association should coordinate the opening of more training courses to improve the professional skills of journalists, and strengthen the organization of writing competitions about good people and good deeds to create an environment and opportunities to encourage journalists to participate in writing articles on this topic.

In general, journalists have promoted the characteristics the strengths of each genre when writing about human portraits. From the accrual research, the author has given some solutions and recommendations and effectiveness propaganda about good people and good deeds as follows:
