The thesis research issues are based on basic theory from documents, books and practical work at Ca Mau Radio and Television Station and Hau Giang Radio and Television Station, Soc Trang Radio and Television Station... In the thesis, the author has synthesized and evaluated the field reporting activities of reporters of the surveyed stations. Through specific illustrative examples of news articles and reports that have been broadcast to clarify the requirements and skills needed for field reporters.

In the process of searching for information, synthesizing and analyzing the field reporting activities of reporters, the author of the thesis has drawn valuable experiences, which are helpful for himself and in his actual work.

From the practical problems at the working unit of Ca Mau Radio and Television Station and the survey of Hau Giang Radio and Television Station, Soc Trang Radio and Television Station, the author proposes solutions to help improve the quality of field guidance activities.
