From 2002 to the present (including some periods of work trips both domestically and internationally as detailed below): I have been a lecturer (from 2002 to the present) and a senior lecturer (from 2016 to the present) at the Department of Linguistics, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
- 2002-2004: Taught Vietnamese to several classes of students from Connecticut University and Harvard University (USA) who came to Hanoi for internships.
- February 2006 - July 2006: Lecturer and visiting expert in Vietnamese linguistics at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and Foreign Trade, Guangzhou, China.
- May 2011 - August 2011: Professional internship and English language proficiency enhancement under the Strategic Task Project of the Linguistics ngành, participating in and completing the Post-Doctoral program at the University of Toronto, Canada, North America.
- February 2012 - July 2012: Lecturer and visiting expert in Vietnamese linguistics (for undergraduate and postgraduate programs) at Guangdong University of Foreign Languages and Foreign Trade, Guangzhou, China.

1.3. The research project “Repair and Understanding in Vietnamese Talk-in-Interaction” by Professor Jack Sidnell, Athropology and Linguistics, University of Toronto, Canada. I completed my assigned tasks in August 2011. I was a member of the project team.
1.4. The research topic "Applying Ho Chi Minh's linguistic style to propaganda and mobilization work" was completed in March 2015, receiving an Excellent rating. This is a Ministry-level scientific research project (leading agency: National Political Publishing House - Truth; governing body: Central Theoretical Council). I am the Deputy Project Leader.
1.5. The research topic "Preserving the Purity of the Vietnamese Language in New Media" has been completed in 2018. This is a ministerial-level scientific research project of the Ministry of Culture and Communications. I am a member of the project.
1.6. Research topic: “Study of phonetic and lexical characteristics in some Hanoi dialects, application to speech identification”. Completed in 2014. Scientific research project at the Institute of Criminal Science, Ministry of Public Security. Served as Project Secretary.
1.7. Research topic: “Humanistic Values in Vietnamese Classical Chinese Poetry”. Completed in 2020. This is a university-level scientific research project of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and Foreign Trade, Guangzhou, China.
