          - Hệ thống hóa chủ trương, đường lối và quá trình chỉ đạo giải quyết việc làm cho người lao động ở Thái Nguyên của Đảng bộ tỉnh qua các giai đoạn 1997-2000, 2001-2005, 2006-2012;

- Đánh giá ưu điểm, nhược điểm trong quá trình lãnh đạo của Đảng bộ tỉnh và chỉ ra nguyên nhân của chúng, đồng thời rút ra một số kinh nghiệm lịch sử  nhằm nâng cao hơn nữa năng lực giải quyết việc làm cho người lao động của Đảng bộ tỉnh Thái Nguyên trong thời gian tới.

Luận văn có thể được dùng như tài liệu tham khảo cho việc học tập của sinh viên, học viên cao học chuyên ngành Lịch sử Đảng; đồng thời là một trong những tài liệu nghiên cứu, tuyên truyền về lịch sử, vai trò của Đảng bộ tỉnh Thái Nguyên thời kỳ đổi mới.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis( ABSTRACT)

            The thesis presents briefly the leadership policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the implementation process of the Party Committee of Thai Nguyen Province in creating jobs for labours from 1997 to 2012. In which, it is affirmed that the Party’s policies are suitable and sound, followed by specific results in the process of improving quality and professional capacity for the local cadres in order to fulfill successfully the targets of the country and Thai Nguyen Province during the period of industrialization and modernization. 

The main content of the thesis mentions the Party’s policies and the process of directing to implement them of the Party Committee of Thai Nguyen Province in creating jobs for labours . The policies were approved via instruments of the Party Congress at terms, Instructions and Resolutions and implemented by the Party Committee of Thai Nguyen Province at the Provincial Congress of Delegates along with the Programs, Schemes for the implementation of job creation in the province. With the specific directing process from 1997 to 2012, the job creation in the province has gained a number of outstanding achievements and become the premise for the new development stages of the province.

Besides, the thesis also initially points out the limitations, causes and some learned lessons so as to improve further the job creation of Thai Nguyen Province, develop the provincial socio-economy in the province in the period of pushing up industrialization and modernization.

11. Practical applicability, if any:

This thesis is a reference to for the study work of students majoring in History of the Party and it can be used as a reference to study and propagate of the history of the Party Committee of Thai Nguyen Province in the renovation period.

The Party Committee of Thai Nguyen Province undertakes the leadership role in the job creation from 2000 to 2015.
