In particular, the most notable is that the press has contributed to changing awareness, forming a new worldview for consumers about their own legitimate rights and ways to protect those rights when using goods and services. This is a remarkable new highlight in the idea of ​​implementing the topic that is not too old but not completely new of the thesis. Illuminating the arguments about the role of the press in practice, synthesizing and analyzing selected newspapers for survey, the thesis evaluates the content and form of reflection on the most prominent and concerned issues in the activities of protecting consumer rights in our country from January 2008 to December 2010. At the same time, it also points out the unique features and characteristics of each newspaper, the different approaches of each column on the issue of protecting consumer rights. From there, draw lessons and propose some specific solutions to improve the effectiveness of press activities, contributing to a positive impact on the cause of sustainable socio-economic development of the country in general, and the work of protecting consumer rights in particular in the current period. 11. Practical applicability: With the topic of consumer rights protection - a current issue that is of interest to the whole society in the context of the Law on Consumer Rights Protection 2010 having just been officially implemented, the thesis contributes a voice to redefine and consolidate the position and role of the press on this issue. Not only that, through the thesis, managers, entrepreneurs and consumers can all recognize (or re-recognize) the advantages and disadvantages of the press in the issue of consumer rights protection, thereby making necessary adjustments and changes when coordinating and cooperating with press agencies to disseminate information on this field of activity. Meanwhile, newspaper editorial offices and teams of reporters, editors and collaborators can find in the thesis accurate analysis and assessment of the current status of consumer rights protection propaganda in the press; At the same time, we encounter solutions, suggestions, and directions for improving the effectiveness of reflection and information on the above "hot" topic. 12. Further research directions: Within the framework of a master's thesis, it can be said that this research project still has certain limitations in covering the content of the topic in the most dialectical way.
