The thesis presents an overview of depressive disorders and evaluates and intervenes psychologically for a case with depressive symptoms. The thesis evaluated and intervened to achieve the following goals: (1) Reduce depressive symptoms, (2) Improve relationships, (3) Prevent depression relapse. After 10 intervention sessions, the client had significantly reduced depressive symptoms and improved relationships.
