The thesis "Livelihood models on local television" is a completely new topic that has never been studied before. In it, the author has added theories on communication, television, development communication, livelihood models; highlighted the role and effectiveness of communication in implementing and putting livelihood models into practice. With the advantage of visual images and diverse forms of expression, the author believes that television is a type of journalism with many advantages in reflecting truthfully and fully on livelihood models. By surveying the current situation of communication on livelihood models on Hai Phong Radio - Television and Tuyen Quang Radio - Television, chapter 2 has pointed out the advantages and limitations of the communication process on livelihood models. The advantages and results achieved are lessons for localities to continue to promote and replicate. From the existing problems and shortcomings that the author has analyzed, chapter 3 of the thesis proposes a number of solutions to contribute to orienting and supporting local agencies and managers to implement economic policies suitable to the specific situation of each place, contributing to the sustainable development of the country.
