The thesis "Livelihood Models on Local Television" is a completely new topic, never before researched. In it, the author supplements the theory of communication, television, development communication, and livelihood models; highlighting the role and effectiveness of communication in implementing and putting livelihood models into practice. With its advantages in visual imagery and diverse forms of expression, the author recognizes that television is a type of journalism with many advantages in truthfully and comprehensively reflecting livelihood models. By surveying the current state of communication about livelihood models on Hai Phong Radio and Television Station and Tuyen Quang Radio and Television Station, Chapter 2 points out the advantages and limitations of the communication process regarding livelihood models. The advantages and results achieved serve as lessons for localities to continue to promote and replicate. Based on the existing problems and shortcomings analyzed by the author, Chapter 3 of the thesis proposes several solutions to help guide and support local agencies and managers in implementing economic policies appropriate to the specific situation of each locality, contributing to national sustainable development.

Thesis "The model of livelihood on local television" is a completely new subject, never studied. In it, the author has added the theory of communication, television, communication development, livelihood model; Highlighting the role and effectiveness of communication in implementation, bringing the livelihoods into practice. With the advantage of visual imagery, diversified forms of expression, the author considers that television is a type of journal that has many advantages in reflecting true and full of livelihood models. By examining the reality of communication on livelihood models on Haiphong Radio – Television and Tuyenquang Radio - Television, chapter 2 shows the advantages and limitations of communication on livelihood models. The advantages, results are lessons learned for the local to continue to promote, multiplication. From the problems and inadequacies that the authors have analyzed, the chapter 3 of thesis proposes some solutions that help orient and support local agencies and administrators to implement economic policies In accordance with the specific situation of each place, contribute to the sustainable development of the country.
