10. Summary of the thesis results:
To complete the thesis topic: "International News Programs on Local Television in the Context of Information Globalization," the author conducted a sociological survey in three provinces/cities: Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, and Yen Bai. Simultaneously, in-depth interviews were conducted with representatives, editors, and translators from the three local television stations in Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, and Yen Bai to comprehensively assess the current state of international news television programs on the surveyed local television stations in the context of information globalization.
In reality, in today's digital age, where information spreads at lightning speed thanks to the internet, and international news can be updated quickly with just a touch on a smartphone or a click on a computer, international news programs on local television stations have revealed clear weaknesses compared to Vietnam Television and other forms of media in many aspects such as the "timeliness" and timeliness of information, as well as the ability to meet the information needs of specific public groups. Furthermore, the presentation of international news according to modern television trends is still limited, especially regarding foreign correspondents and field reporters, which are two crucial elements for a professional international news program on television.
Through evaluating the advantages and limitations of the international news television program according to specific criteria, the author of this thesis identifies the reasons for the program's success and limitations on the broadcasts of local television stations in Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, and Yen Bai. The main reasons highlighted are related to information sources, modern technical equipment, and the quality of human resources. Based on this analysis of advantages and limitations, the author proposes general solutions for local television stations, as well as specific solutions for each station in Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, and Yen Bai, to improve the quality of this program. According to the author, these solutions are urgently needed for local television stations in the context of current information globalization, so that the program can attract public attention and demonstrate its importance in shaping public opinion.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
To finish the thesis under the title “The world news programs broadcast on the local television in the context of information globalization”, the author carried out sociological studies at Haiphong city, Quang Ninh and Yen Bai provinces, at the same time conducted deep interviews with representatives of leaders, editors and translators of 3 local radio and television stations of Haiphong, Quang Ninh and Yen Bai to gather an overall appreciation over the world news programs broadcast by local radio and television stations under the survey in the current context of information globalization.
It is a fact that in the current digitalization technology era, when the information spreads widely thanks to the Internet, the world news can be easily updated with a little touch on a Smartphone or a click on the computer, the weaknesses of a local radio and television station can also be easily revealed in comparison to the Vietnam Television Station as well as some other forms of journalism on a range of criteria, for example the “breaking news” and “updates” as well as the satisfaction to the demand for information of specialized groups of audience or the limitations in making the world news programs in the trend of modern television, in which the foreign correspondents or the stand-ups in reports are the two required factors of a world news bulletin produced by a professional television.
Through appraising the strengths and weaknesses of the world news programs at its specific criterion, the author infers to the causes of all the success and the weaknesses of the world news programs broadcasting on a local radio and television station of Hai Phong, Quang Ninh and Yen Bai. From there, I give all urgent solutions to improve the quality of the world news programs broadcasting on a local radio and television station in the context of information globalization.
