10. Summary of thesis results:

The research process is divided into two main parts: one is the current situation of juvenile delinquency and prevention and control work in Dong Da district in general and Phan Huy Chu High School in particular through survey research methods using questionnaires, in-depth interviews, observations and information collection; the second is applying Social Work to build a work program for the juvenile delinquency group to help juvenile delinquency have more correct thoughts, perspectives and actions, preventing the risk of violating the law.

The situation of juvenile delinquency in Dong Da district, Hanoi is quite complicated, although it is not obvious, but if there are no timely measures to prevent and handle it, the consequences will be very unpredictable. Some causes leading to juvenile delinquency: Rapid development and changes in age psychology, causes from family, causes from school, society... In Hanoi in general and Dong Da district in particular, in addition to general crime prevention work, there is always attention to propaganda and prevention of juvenile delinquency, there are some forms of handling juvenile delinquency according to state law: warning, monitoring at home... (for violations at this level). In Dong Da district, it is still inevitable that there are many cases of juvenile delinquency that have not been reported, there are also many cases where juvenile delinquency is committed without knowing that it has been committed. Up to this point, it seems that there has not been any involvement of larger-scale and more formal social work activities in providing information to children, equipping them with the necessary knowledge to help them master and avoid the risks of becoming juvenile criminals.

Regarding the application of Social Work to build a working program for the group of young people to help them have more correct thoughts, perspectives and actions, preventing the risk of violating the law, the program ended quite successfully with the achievement of most of the initial goals. The feedback from the client group after participating in the program was very positive. The working process not only helps them discover themselves, have the opportunity to look back at their lives and goals, learn to respect, love... increase knowledge about young people's crimes, apply in life to help them avoid the risk of becoming young people's criminals, and also help them pursue their passion without affecting their studies and other activities.

11. Practical application:

The group intervention method with the target of adolescents has been implemented in the topic to help them have a more correct view of life as well as themselves, know the necessary values ​​in life, have basic knowledge about adolescent crime, from there have the right actions and deeds, avoid falling into the risk of becoming adolescent crime, identify and pursue passion but still have clear goals. Moreover, the study will also contribute materials for the development of the adolescent group intervention model to prevent and stop adolescent crime.

The research process is divided into two parts: one is the reality of Juveniles committed to law violations and prevention, intervention at Dong Da district in general and Phan Huy Chu high school in particular through survey method by questionnaires, interviews, observations and information collection; second is the application of social work to create program for group of adolescents that aims to help them have thought, opinion and behavior more properly, from that pervent the risk of law violation.

Current status of Juveniles committed to law violation in Dong Da district, Hanoi is happening relatively complex; Although not clearly shown but if no measures to prevent and promptly handle, the consequences will be very unpredictable. Some causes of juveniles committed to law violation: The development and rapid changes in physiological age, reasons from their family, school, society... In Dong Da district and both in Hanoi, the crime prevention incorporated with propaganda, there have been some forms of treatment of juveniles committed to law violation: warning punishment, track in the family...(for those mild violations). In Dong Da district, there are still many cases of juveniles committed to law violations that were unreported, and there are some cases that adolescents did not realize their law violations. Up to this point, it seems not to have the official participation of social work activities in providing information, equipped with necesssary kmowledge to help parents dominate and avoid the risk of becoming crimes.

Regarding the application of social work building support program for adolescent group to help them have thought, opinion and behavior more properly think; prevent the risk of law violations ended successfully with achieving most of the original objectives. The feedback from the customer group after enjoying the program is positive. The support process not only helps them discover themselves, but also brings them chances to revise their life, goals; learn respect and love…; enhance knowledge about juveniles committed to law violations; apply that experiences in life to help them avoid risks of becoming adolescent crime; also helps them pursue their passion without effect their success and other activities.

12. Practical applicability

The group intervention for adolescents, which has implemented in this subject, helps them have more proper view about life and themselves, know about the necessary value of life, get basic knowledge about juvenile crime; From that they have right to behavious, avoid risks of becoming crimes, determine and pursue their passion that still get clear goals. Furthermore, the research also contributes documentation for the development of intervention model for adolescent group aiming to prevent juveline crime.
