Using scientific research methods such as Marxist-Leninist scientific cognition methodology, survey, interview, analysis, synthesis, statistics, comparison, logic, etc. methods used throughout the implementation of the topic "Improving the effectiveness of state management in archival work in Quang Binh province", we focus on surveying, researching and solving the following issues:

Firstly, study the theory of state management, state management in archival work and analyze the principles and requirements of state management in archival work, and at the same time study the organization of the archival management apparatus in the province through the stages;

Second, assess the current state management status of archival work in Quang Binh province in the following contents: Building and directing the implementation of planning and plans for archival development; building, promulgating and organizing the implementation of documents on archival work; centralized and unified management of archival documents in the whole province; state statistics on archival work; unified management of archival expertise and operations; training and fostering of archival cadres, civil servants and public employees and emulation and rewards in archival work; inspection in archival work... at the same time pointing out the advantages, limitations and causes of this problem;

Third, based on the comments and assessment of the current situation, we propose 08 measures, in which priority is given to analyzing and explaining the basic, key and decisive measures to improve the effectiveness of state management in archival work in Quang Binh province at present, such as: perfecting the system of management documents and guidance documents on archival work; perfecting the organizational structure of the Department of Records and Archives and stabilizing the archival organization at the district level; improving the quality, supplementing the number of staff and equipping leaders with necessary knowledge about archival work; strengthening the role of state management agencies on archival work from the central to local levels; investing funds for local archives;...

The results of the thesis can be applied to state management in archival work in Quang Binh province. Besides, it can also become a reference for students and practitioners in the field of Archival Studies and Office Administration when researching in this field, and also a reference for archival staff in agencies.

By the method of scientific research as the methodology of cognitive science Marxist - Leninist, survey methods, interviews, analysis, synthesis, statistics, comparison, logic, ... used throughout the process of implementing the project "Improving the efficiency of state management of archival work in Quang Binh province", we focused survey, research and resolve the following issue:

In the process of implementing the topic: Enhance the efficiency of State management on the major of archival work in Quang Binh Province, we focus on investigating and studying the following issues:

- First, study the thesis of State management, State management in archival work and analyze the thesis of State management, State management in archival work, and explore the organization of archival work in the Province during stages as well;
