Using scientific research methods such as the Marxist-Leninist methodological approach to scientific cognition, survey methods, interviews, analysis, synthesis, statistics, comparison, logic, etc., throughout the process of carrying out the research project "Improving the effectiveness of state management in archival work in Quang Binh province", we focused on surveying, researching, and solving the following problems:

Firstly, the study examines the theoretical aspects of state management, state management in archival work, and analyzes the principles and requirements of state management in archival work, while also exploring the organizational structure of archival management in the province through various periods;

Secondly, the study assesses the current state of state management in archival work in Quang Binh province in areas such as: developing and directing the implementation of archival development plans; developing, promulgating, and organizing the implementation of documents on archiving; centralized and unified management of archival documents throughout the province; state statistics on archiving; unified management of archival expertise and professional skills; training and fostering archival officials and employees, and emulation and reward in archival work; inspection in archival work... while also identifying the strengths, weaknesses, and causes of these issues.

Thirdly, based on observations and assessments of the current situation, we propose eight measures, prioritizing the analysis and explanation of fundamental, key, and crucial measures to improve the effectiveness of state management in archival work in Quang Binh province today, such as: perfecting the system of management documents and guidance documents on archival work; consolidating the organizational structure of the Archives and Records Management Sub-department and stabilizing the archival organization at the district level; improving the quality and increasing the number of staff and providing necessary knowledge on archival work for leaders; strengthening the role of state management agencies on archival work from the central to local levels; investing funds in local archives;...

11. Practical applications:

The results of this thesis can be applied to state management in archival work in Quang Binh province. In addition, it can serve as a reference for students and trainees in Archival Studies and Office Management when researching this field, and also as a reference for archival staff in agencies.

By the method of scientific research as the methodology of cognitive science Marxist - Leninist, survey methods, interviews, analysis, synthesis, statistics, comparison, logic, ... used throughout the process of implementing the project "Improving the efficiency of state management of archival work in Quang Binh province", we focused survey, research and resolve the following issue:

In the process of implementing the topic: Enhance the efficiency of State management on the major of archival work in Quang Binh Province, we focus on investigating and studying the following issues:

- First, study the thesis of State management, State management in archival work and analyze the thesis of State management, State management in archival work, and explore the organization of archival work in the Province during stages as well;
