To promote trade between the two countries, it is necessary to understand the linguistic characteristics of commercial contracts in both Chinese and Vietnamese. This thesis aims to analyze the linguistic characteristics of Chinese commercial contracts, comparing them with Vietnamese contracts to clarify the linguistic correlation between these contracts. Chapter I presents the theoretical framework, covering issues related to commercial contracts, the Chinese language, and Vietnamese. Chapter II studies the linguistic characteristics of commercial contracts, divided into subsections on accuracy, simplicity, timeliness, and applicability. Chapter III analyzes the similarities and differences in commercial contracts between the two countries.

11. Summary:
In order to promote trading between the two countries, it is essential to understand the linguistic characteristics in Chinese and Vietnamese trading contracts. This thesis aims to introduce linguistic characteristics in the trading contracts in Chinese with comparison in Vietnamese and clarify the linguistic interrelations on trading contracts between the two countries.. Chapter I involved theoretical frameworks in respect to trading contacts, Chinese and Vietnamese. Chapter II involves the linguistic characteristics in trading contracts with its sub-chapters mentioned to accuracy, simplicity, punctuality, applicability . Chapter III involved the similarities and differences in trading contracts of the two countries.
