In order to promote trade activities between the two countries, it is necessary to grasp and understand the linguistic characteristics in commercial contracts in Chinese and Vietnamese. This thesis has the task of analyzing the linguistic characteristics in Chinese commercial contracts, comparing them with Vietnamese to clarify the linguistic correlation of commercial contracts between the two countries. Chapter I of the thesis is a presentation of the theoretical framework, including issues on commercial contracts, Chinese and Vietnamese. Chapter II is a study of the linguistic characteristics in commercial contracts, divided into sub-sections on accuracy, simplicity, timeliness, and applicability. Chapter III is an analysis of the similarities and differences in commercial contracts of the two countries.

In order to promote trading between the two countries, it is essential to understand the linguistic characteristics in Chinese and Vietnamese trading contracts. This thesis aims to introduce linguistic characteristics in the trading contracts in Chinese with comparison in Vietnamese and clarify the linguistic interrelations on trading contracts between the two countries.. Chapter I involved theoretical frameworks in respect to trading contacts, Chinese and Vietnamese. Chapter II involves the linguistic characteristics in trading contracts with its sub-chapters mentioned to accuracy, simplicity, punctuality, applicability . Chapter III involved the similarities and differences in trading contracts of the two countries.
