Based on the survey, research, and evaluation of policies and policy implementation for human resources in the Hanoi City public library system, from which some ideas are proposed to build appropriate policies for library human resources. Overcoming limitations, promoting advantages in implementing policies in the Public Library system to contribute to ensuring the life and working conditions for library human resources because that is an important factor determining the development of the Information - Library career of our country in the period of innovation and integration.
