University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi

With the aim of promptly understanding and resolving the difficulties, concerns, thoughts, and aspirations of students, from September 17-20, 2024, representatives from the functional departments of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, held a discussion with over 1,000 students representing various courses, classes, and majors of the University.

On September 19, 2024, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH), in collaboration with the Vietnam Institute of Studies and Development Sciences, successfully organized a scientific seminar on the topic "Regional Studies in the (non-)globalized era - perspectives from the past and future." This was also an opportunity for VNU-USSH to express gratitude and appreciation for the contributions of Professor Vincent Houben after more than 34 years of dedication to the University.

On August 28, 2024, in Beijing (China), a delegation from Vietnam National University, Hanoi, led by Director Le Quan, visited and held a working session with Peking University, one of the largest and most prestigious higher education institutions in the world, ranking among the top 20.
