The thesis studied the literature issues related to the organization and management of library and information agencies. It also studied the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the organization and management of library and information agencies. Practically, the thesis researched the basic process of establishment, development, targets and duties of Phuc Yen College of Industry and the role of the Library as well under the requirements of credits training. It highlights the current situation of the College's library organization and management, thereby evaluating the effectiveness of the library organization and management. Based on the status, the author gave some solutions to execute properly the library organization and management in order to meet the credits training requirements.
