10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis systematically presents the process by which the Party Committee of Thuong Tin District (Ha Tay Province) applied the Party's viewpoints and guidelines to lead economic development from 1996 to 2008.

Based on the practical experience of the Party Committee of Thuong Tin district in leading the development of agricultural economy during the years 1996-2008, this thesis objectively assesses the achievements and limitations and initially draws some lessons for the present.

The lessons learned from practical leadership provide valuable suggestions for improving the effectiveness of the Thường Tín District Party Committee's leadership in developing the economy in accordance with the Party's guidelines.

Furthermore, this thesis can be used as a reference for research, teaching, and learning the history of local Party organizations.

Continuing the in-depth study of the process by which the Party Committee of Thuong Tin district has led economic development from 1996 to the present.

In practice of the leadership of Thuong Tin district's Communist Party for the economic development from 1996 to 2008, the thesis assessed in an objective manner the achievements and concerns, and drew out some lessons to overcome at present.
