This thesis aims to conduct a practical survey and research to evaluate the effectiveness of communication activities in science and technology enterprises through the study of three representative enterprises: Ba Ria-Vung Tau Water Supply and Drainage Company Limited, Saigon Track Technology Joint Stock Company, and Rang Dong Light Bulb and Thermos Flask Joint Stock Company. From this, it identifies the issues facing communication activities in science and technology enterprises; analyzes the specific characteristics of communication activities in science and technology enterprises; and proposes several solutions to elevate communication activities in science and technology enterprises to a professional level, making a significant contribution to promoting the development of science and technology, so that it truly becomes a pillar in the industrialization and modernization of the country.

11. Practical applications:

This study provides a comprehensive overview of the position and role of communication activities in science and technology enterprises in the development of the science and technology sector in particular and the socio-economic development of the country in general; it offers assessments and recommendations to contribute to promoting the development of communication work in the science and technology sector in general and science and technology enterprises in particular; and aims to help organizations and individuals involved in communication to refer to, consider, and adjust their development strategies to be as appropriate, cost-effective, and efficient as possible.

- Continue research on issues related to science and technology communication in general, and communication for science and technology enterprises in particular, not only in Vietnam but also worldwide.

- In-depth research on communication processes and characteristics in science and technology enterprises.

With an aim of reality survey, research to evaluate the effectiveness of communication in S&T enterpries through researching 3 typical enterprises company: Ba Ria Vung Tau Urban Sewerage and Development One Member Limited Company, Saigon Track Navigation Technology Joint stock company and Rang Dong light source & vacuum flask company to draw the issues of the communication in S&T enterprises; Analyze the specificity; And some solutions for Communication in S&T enterprises, make an important contribution to S&T development, to become a real important part in industrialization and modernization of the country.

12. Applicable opportunity.

Thesis provides an overview on position, role of Communication in S&T enterprises with the field of S&T development in particular and socio-economic development of the country in general. Bring out the assessments and recommendations contribute to promote the development of communication in the field of S&T in general and S&T enterprises in particular; Simultaneously support the communication organizations and individuals to refer, consider and adjust the development strategy to be the suitable, economical and efficient.
